Terms and Conditions

The following documentation is intended to provide users information about the Terms and Conditions that govern ChooseMyBicycle Service At Home Service:
    1. Please read the package details carefully before choosing a service package as prices mentioned include only the mentioned points.
    2. Prices do not include rectifying wheel bends or accident damages.
    3. Replacement of bike part(s) will be additionally charged.
    4. Service address cannot be changed once it is booked.
    5. Service is non-transferrable.
    6. No refund will be provided for any cancellation less that 24 hours of the selected service time slot.
    7. Rescheduling can be done only up to 2 hours prior to the service time slot.(Not applicable for morning slot).
    8. Service can only be rescheduled once. If the service is not availed the second time, it will automatically becomes cancelled without refund.
    9. Once the service is booked, you do not have to pay any amount to the CMB Technician for the service. Except if there are Replacement of bike part(s).
    10. If the service is canceled due to any reason at the doorstep by the customer then there will be no refund.
    11. In case of parts replacement, the technician will provide you with the cost details and you can make the payment directly to the technician.
    12. Service time is based on the condition of the Bicycle, however, most services will take approximately 30 to 90 minutes.
    13. For servicing your bike we would need space like a car park, balcony or lobby. We request the customers to provide a space without pets and kids intervention to avoid accidents.
